Our Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: 12 September 2026

Our commitment to confidentiality

We are committed to strict confidentiality and respect for your privacy. We treat client identities, Private Registry membership, inquiries, ownership information, valuations, transaction terms, and supporting documents as confidential. We collect, use, and disclose only information reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. We do not sell or rent personal information, or share it for third-party marketing or cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we are and what this policy covers

“We,” “our,” and “us” refer to Artemis Dynamics Inc., a Wyoming corporation, and Wayne D. Prentice, each solely in connection with the services that entity or person actually provides. This policy covers their services offered through Finegems.com, Diamondescrow.com, and DiamondMaster App, together with associated domains and subdomains that provide or redirect to the same covered services under this policy. Your engagement or transaction documents identify the contracting service provider; you may also contact us to clarify the operator of a service.

Additional businesses solely owned by Wayne D. Prentice, or companies for which he serves as Chief Executive Officer, are covered only when expressly named in this policy and when they have adopted it. Common ownership, management, or website hosting does not authorize unrestricted access to or sharing of client information.

Coverage includes Private Registry applicants and members; inquiries, introductions, consultations, and advisory services; proposed, ongoing, completed, and discontinued transactions; escrow coordination; and real estate brokerage services where applicable. It applies to information received through websites and applications, email, telephone, document exchange, and in-person communications.

Where real estate brokerage services are provided by Wayne D. Prentice, his identification is: Wayne D. Prentice, California Real Estate Broker, DRE License No. 01232453. This identifies his individual license, not a corporate brokerage license for Artemis Dynamics Inc. The responsible brokerage and any separate escrow provider are identified in the applicable engagement or transaction documents.

Information we collect and its sources

The information needed depends on your inquiry, service, or transaction. We collect information from you, your authorized representatives, and, where authorized or required by law, transaction participants, verification providers, and public records. Categories may include:

  • Name, contact details, company, representative capacity, account information, and communication preferences.
  • Registry applications and membership records, buying or selling interests, value ranges, timing, consultation requests, and appointment details.
  • Asset descriptions, photographs, reports, valuations, ownership and provenance records, property information, offers, agreements, payment or escrow details, and transaction history.
  • Correspondence and documents or other attachments you provide.
  • Identity, beneficial ownership, tax, source-of-funds, and other financial or verification information when necessary for the particular service or applicable compliance requirements.
  • Technical information such as IP addresses, submission times, security and access records, and browser storage used to operate website features.

You may browse public pages without registering, but this does not mean that your visit is anonymous. Form submissions include IP addresses, and technical information may be processed to deliver and protect the services. Please provide only information relevant to your request. Do not send government identification, full payment card details, or similarly sensitive records through a general inquiry form; contact us to arrange an appropriate method when those records are needed.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, review Registry applications, administer access and membership, provide consultations, arrange authorized introductions, evaluate and carry out requested transactions, coordinate escrow and delivery, maintain necessary records, protect against fraud and unauthorized access, and meet applicable legal obligations. Optional offerings and marketing updates require your separate opt-in and may be stopped at any time by contacting us. Service and compliance communications are separate from optional marketing.

Private Registry confidentiality

Private Registry membership is confidential. Joining the Registry does not authorize publication of your identity, membership, holdings, or transaction interests, or disclosure of those details to prospective counterparties. We obtain your authorization before making an introduction or sharing identifying information, subject to the essential service-provider and legal-compliance provisions below. Access to the private member area does not grant access to other members' confidential records.

Authorized transaction and escrow disclosures

With your informed authorization, we disclose only the information reasonably necessary for a specified purpose to parties involved in your requested transaction or escrow. Before seeking authorization, we explain the intended recipients or recipient categories, the purpose, and the information to be disclosed. Depending on the transaction, recipients may include a buyer or seller, authorized representatives, an escrow or title provider, financial institution, identity-verification provider, gemological laboratory, insurer, carrier, real estate professional, attorney, accountant, or other necessary professional adviser.

Transaction authorization does not permit unrelated disclosures, marketing, or unrestricted circulation of your identity or documents. We seek separate authorization before publicly identifying you or publishing confidential transaction details. A counterparty does not receive your full identity-verification or compliance file merely because it participates in a transaction. We limit disclosure to its actual need and use appropriate confidentiality arrangements.

Essential service providers and independent parties

Providers supporting hosting, communications, storage, account administration, and security may process information as necessary to perform those services. This includes processing form submissions and attachments through our communications providers. We require appropriate confidentiality, security, and purpose restrictions for providers processing information on our behalf and restrict access to those who need it to perform their duties.

Independent transaction participants, including banks, escrow and title companies, and professional advisers, may have their own privacy policies and legal recordkeeping or reporting obligations. We explain their role when arranging the disclosure. External websites and services you choose to visit operate under their own privacy policies.

Legal compliance, KYC, AML, and required disclosures

We collect, verify, retain, and disclose information as required by applicable law. Depending on the service and transaction, this may include know-your-customer (KYC), anti-money-laundering (AML), beneficial ownership verification, sanctions screening including OFAC requirements, tax reporting, real estate obligations, and required transaction records. Requirements depend on the operator's role and the applicable law; a bank or escrow provider may separately require verification under its own obligations.

Legally required reporting and disclosures in response to valid legal process do not depend on your consent. We assess the legal basis and scope of a request and limit disclosure to what is required. We provide notice when legally permitted and appropriate; some reports or requests cannot lawfully be communicated to you. Where applicable law permits and it is reasonably necessary, we may also disclose limited information to address fraud, security threats, or legal claims. These exceptions do not authorize unrelated commercial use of your information.

Records, retention, and disposal

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for its stated purpose and applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the record type, the duration of the relationship or transaction, mandatory compliance, tax, escrow, or brokerage requirements, and any outstanding dispute or legal hold. Required records may remain after a transaction ends, membership closes, or consent is withdrawn.

These principles apply to active records, correspondence and attachments, records held by providers on our behalf, and backups. Retained information remains subject to access restrictions and confidentiality protections. When no longer needed, we securely delete or de-identify it. Where immediate removal from a backup is not practicable, we restrict further use pending deletion through the applicable backup-retention cycle.

Safeguarding information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including access restrictions and appropriate secure transmission and storage arrangements. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security. We address security incidents and provide any notifications required by applicable law.

Cookies, browser storage, and tracking choices

Finegems.com uses necessary session cookies for authenticated access and browser local storage to remember inquiry-cart or private-reserve selections. These features serve account and inquiry functions. Browser settings let you block cookies or clear stored information; doing so may affect sign-in or remove saved selections.

We do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Browser “Do Not Track” signals do not disable necessary authentication, security, or requested-service functions. We honor legally applicable privacy preference signals as required by law. Any service-specific collection or third-party tracking practices beyond those described here must be disclosed in an applicable supplemental notice before they begin.

Your choices and privacy requests

Reading or using our website does not, by itself, authorize introductions, optional marketing, or disclosure of confidential transaction details. You may withdraw authorization for future consent-based disclosures or stop optional updates by contacting us. Withdrawal does not reverse completed disclosures or require the deletion of records we must lawfully retain. If information or authorization necessary to provide a service is withheld or withdrawn, we may be unable to proceed.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information and closure of your Registry membership through the privacy contact below. Depending on your location and applicable law, including California privacy law where it applies, you may have additional rights concerning copies of information, restrictions on its use or disclosure, and freedom from discrimination for exercising your rights. We assess requests under applicable law, verify identity or representative authority using proportionate information, and explain applicable exceptions, including mandatory retention.

Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion as required by law.

Changes to this policy

We post revisions on this page and update the effective date. For material changes, we provide a prominent notice on the affected service and, where appropriate, notify affected clients directly. We obtain any consent required before using previously collected information for a new purpose. Supplemental notices may explain service-specific practices and applicable rights.
